BELListic: BELListic is high intensity and will be sure to get your heart pumping! We combine body sculpting drills with Kettlebells for an endurance blast! You can be sure to be sweating out some of those beloved burpees when you get BELListic!

GRIND: It's time to go big! No program is complete without strength training and Grind is all about how heavy you can go. This class combines all the elements of BIG kettlebelling, helping you to push yourself to a new personal best!

SWING: Gain core strength and endurance with kettlebells most valuable move, the swing. Get your tummy in shape while working on your mobility and flexibility, all in one

PERMISSION REQUIRED | LEVEL II SKILLS ONLY

POWER: Get back to basics with a focus on form and function. In POWER you will concentrate on slowing your movements to think about the foundations including your breathing, the building blocks of form, and sustaining POWER to increase strength.

IRON SANDWICH: This is where we put it all together! Feel the week's hard work with layers upon layers of dynamic movement to start your weekend off with a bang!
