BELL-ISTIC: The focus of this class is high intensity interval training! Bell-istic combines body-sculpting drills with kettlebells for a endurance rush. You can be sure to be sweating out some of those beloved burpees when you get Bell-istic!

CLUBBELL YOGA: Come challenge your strength, balance & flexibility with this unique style of strength infused yoga.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME

GRIND: Be strong! Heavy lifting is what this class is all about. The heavier the weight the more the rest, so slow down and feel the benefits of strength training!
