This workshop will demonstrate how to release overused, tight muscles specific to working at your computer or desk. Leandra will give you a toolbox of myofascial release techniques using foam rollers, lacrosse balls and other tools. She has a background in physical therapy and specializes in preventative and rehabilitative movement.
