I started at The Fitness Branch after I had rotator cuff surgery and had finished the prescribed PT. My shoulder was weak and lacking flexibility. Leandra with her physical therapy background knew exactly how to gradually improve strength and mobility and I never had any moment of worry that I would rehurt it. My shoulder is almost back to normal which is rare post rotator cuff repair and it is all because of Leandra. Training with Leandra should be required rehab for any injury! She is thoughtful, caring and takes a real interest in every step of the recovery. I couldn't recommend her any more highly.
